Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you many need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate these changes while ensuring that our notary services remain efficient and accessible to all clients.
Full payment is required when scheduling a mobile notary appointment. This ensures that your desired time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.
If a cancellation is not made at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment deposit will be forfeited.
To cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
Email: info@stamppronotary.com
Call/Text: 404.428.7078
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, which allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide timely service to all our clients.
If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, it is considered a "no show." In such cases, the appointment deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
This is necessary to compensate for the reserved time and travel expenses.
